Refund Policy

Constructive Eating strives to design and sell products that are safe, effective, and long-lasting. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from our website, please contact us at customerservice@constructiveeating.com. In your email, please include your order number, date of purchase, and a picture of the product so we can best understand the issue.

A refund will be issued in the amount paid for the product when the return arrives at the Constructive Eating facility. Constructive Eating is unable to provide a shipping label or reimburse shipping costs for returns.

Note that we can only issue refunds or replacements for transactions processed on constructiveeating.com.
